The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in supporting a busy kitchen team by maintaining hygiene, managing dishwashing, and assisting with basic food preparation. You will also organise deliveries and stock to ensure smooth kitchen operations, and help set up, maintain, hand over and close down workstations each shift.

• Maintain high hygiene standards and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and manage dish loads efficiently.
• Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff.
