A leading UK university seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to investigate the ecological and socio-economic importance of bat guano in Mexico. You'll lead studies on crop growth, soil health, and microbiomes, perform fieldwork, and collaborate with partners. A PhD in a related field is required, along with experience in field research and microbiology. Strong communication skills are essential, and Spanish is a plus.

This is a fixed-term role based in Southampton, with international fieldwork opportunities.
