Based on a premier superyacht, your rotation will take you across the most exclusive waters of the Mediterranean, with an upcoming itinerary featuring the Eolian Islands, the glamorous Port of Bonifacio, and the sun-drenched shores of Skiathos.

The Team You will practice at the highest level within a bespoke medical unit. This elite team is led by a Lead British Doctor and includes specialist Physiotherapists and a hand-selected group of Western-trained nursing professionals, ensuring a peerless standard of care.

The Safety Clinical excellence is built on support. We operate a strict, non-negotiable double-nurse shift system around the clock. This protocol guarantees immediate clinical redundancy, collaborative decision-making in critical moments, and ensures our medical team is never overextended.

The Process To respect the demanding schedules of active ICU and ER professionals, the initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure, private online platform.

• Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree.
• 4+ years of recent, high-acuity experience strictly within Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
• Native or C1 fluent English proficiency.
• 30 days of annual leave.
• Premium en-suite quarters (designed for total comfort and privacy).
• All expenses fully covered (including international flights, high-end onboard catering, and bespoke medical uniforms).
