University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for Adult Registered Newly Qualified Nurses for our Autumn 2026 intake. This role is designed specifically for individuals who have just completed or are about to complete their first nursing qualification and are entering the workplace for the very first time. PersonSpecification Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience (Essential Criteria)
- Qualified Nurse (Degree/Diploma)
- Registered nurse on appropriate part of the register/registration pending
- Knowledge of current issues within acute Health Service
- Understanding of personal accountability

- Provide evidence of teaching and supporting learners in practice in the role of practice supervisor
