We are on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and growing nursing team. As part of the nursing team, you’ll work closely with the Head Nurse and the wider clinical team to support the smooth and effective running of the practice. You’ll play an important role in maintaining excellent clinical standards, contributing to continuous improvement, and helping to create a positive experience for both patients and clients.

This role offers great exposure to a broad range of cases and the chance to be actively involved in day-to-day clinical activities and service development. Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

* Supporting the Head Nurse with clinical efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement

* Delivering high standards of patient care and monitoring

* Assisting with surgical procedures and anaesthesia

* Supporting consultations and inpatient care

* Maintaining accurate clinical records

* Ensuring clinical areas and equipment are clean, safe, and well organised

* Providing excellent customer service and client communication

* Working collaboratively with vets, nurses, and support staff

* Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

They are looking for someone who:

* Is a qualified and Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN)

* Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting colleagues

* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Thrives in a busy and varied clinical environment

* Is enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn

* Has a genuine passion for delivering excellent patient and client care

* Is open to professional development and ongoing training

Working pattern:

* Four 9-hour days per week

* One in four weekends

* Duty nights on a rota basis
