Marketing Assistant required to join a leading regional contractor with a highly successful turnover and pipeline of works within the new build residential, leisure, retail, commercial & industrial sectors across the south coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of a privately owned contractor with over 30 years industry experience and a fantastic reputation with leading clients.

• Work closely with site teams and the wider business.
• Produce and develop marketing material and concepts to promote the work of the contractor.
• Organise, host, and attend industry events representing the business.
• Regularly visit projects and sites to obtain updates & images, and share project progress online on the contractor’s website and across social media platforms.
• Assist in creating marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft packages and regular social media platforms.
• Organised and proactive nature with a self-driven and self-sufficient approach.
• High standards, attention to detail, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working regionally within the construction industry or as a Marketing Graduate looking for an industry role is a plus.
