About The Role
Lloyds Clinical is looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Head of Marketing & Insights to take ownership of our marketing strategy and play a key role in driving strategic growth across the business.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an outgoing, confident and socially driven marketer who thrives on building relationships, shaping strategy, and turning insight into action. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, own the end‑to‑end marketing approach, and help position Lloyds Clinical as a trusted, innovative leader in the healthcare space.
What You’ll Be Doing- Head up and lead the marketing and insights strategy
, aligned to Lloyds Clinical's ambitious growth plans - Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing Marketing team, creating an environment where people perform at their best and grow their potential
- Design and deliver impactful, insight‑led marketing campaigns that directly support commercial and sales growth
- Drive the promotion and development of Lloyds Clinical's digital services, clearly articulating value and benefits to patients, parents and carers
- Own data analysis and insight generation, translating complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic decision‑making
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
, evolution and innovation across the marketing function - Build strong, credible relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners across the healthcare industry
- Act as a visible, collaborative and trusted leader who champions best practice and brings energy and momentum to the function
- A proven senior marketing leader with experience driving strategic growth through clear marketing direction
- Outgoing, confident and approachable someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and representing the brand externally
- Highly commercial with a strong understanding of how marketing and insights deliver business impact
- Comfortable leading change, improving processes and setting up a marketing function for future success
