We're recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing professional services firm in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key initiatives focused on client retention and engagement, working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

• Collaborate with senior partners to design and deliver client retention strategies.
• Develop and execute engaging multi‑channel campaigns to enhance client loyalty.
• Create professional content including newsletters, reports, and case studies.
• Manage targeted email marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
• Maintain the CRM system, leveraging data insights to identify trends and opportunities.

• At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing or client‑focused role.
• A solid understanding of client retention strategies and campaign planning.
• Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and content creation.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, creative mindset.

• Up to £38,000 per annum
