Electronics Team Lead

Our electronics manufacturing client is continuing to grow and is now looking for an Electronics Team Lead to support their expanding operation. This role is ideal for someone with a strong hands-on electronics background who has some supervisory experience and is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Youll be supported by experienced managers, with clear opportunities to develop into a more senior role.

The ideal candidate will have:
Strong electronics or PCB assembly experience (essential) Basic supervisory, team-leading or mentoring experience A positive, proactive approach and willingness to develop Good communication skills and the confidence to lead by example An understanding of manufacturing processes within an electronics environment

Key responsibilities:

Support and oversee day-to-day production activities Allocate work, guide team members and maintain workflow Assist in coaching and developing junior staff Ensure quality standards and procedures are maintained Help monitor production output and highlight areas for improvement Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Salary: £35,000 £ 45,000 p/a
