We’re hiring Production Operatives to join a busy plastics manufacturing site in Woolston

As a Production Operative
, you’ll play an essential role in the manufacturing process, helping to keep production running smoothly and safely.

• Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery
• Carrying out basic quality and safety checks
• Reporting any faults or issues promptly
• Following strict health & safety and quality standards
• Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating role (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and ability to work 12-hour shifts
• A positive, team‑focused attitude

You’ll work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
, giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of time off.

• Day shifts: 6:00am – 6:00pm (four days on, then four days off)
• Night shifts: 6:00pm – 6:00am (four nights on, then four nights off)

This rotating pattern offers a great work life balance and steady, predictable hours every week.

• £50 weekly bonus for full attendance and punctuality
• Hourly rate: £12.21 per hour
