Production Supervisor

Our manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join their growing team. This role oversees production operations and supports continuous improvement initiatives. You will manage a team of 30‑40 staff, including 3 Team Leaders, ensuring quality standards and operational efficiency are met.

• Coordinate closely with QA teams to maintain high-quality standards.
• Lead and motivate production teams, ensuring smooth workflow and problem‑solving on the shop floor.
• Oversee electronics assembly processes, including circuit board building, soldering, and line operations.
• Implement and support Continuous Improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives.
• Manage production schedules and resources effectively.

• 5+ years experience in similar or adjacent roles within electronics manufacturing.
• Strong team leadership and supervisory experience.
• Technical knowledge of electronics assembly (circuit boards, soldering, testing).
• Background in test or process engineering is highly desirable.
• Excellent people skills and ability to manage large teams.
• CI/Lean experience would be a strong advantage.
