This is a pivotal role focused on enabling successful adoption of change across the organisation. You'll work closely with project, business, and technical teams to embed change management practices, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure teams are prepared and supported throughout delivery. We're looking for someone who can advocate for the people side of change, challenge constructively when people risks are overlooked, and lead conversations at all levels.

This is not a comms or training support role, it's a position with real influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading change planning, readiness, and stakeholder engagement
  • Managing resistance and balancing change with business-as-usual
  • Supporting leadership and managers to guide their teams through change
  • Overseeing training needs and coordinating delivery
  • Ensuring smooth handover into business-as-usual
Key Requirements
  • Experience working within change management or transformation programme environment.
  • Experience applying a recognised change management methodology (e.g. APMG, Prosci).
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven ability to build productive relationships.
  • Experience developing and delivering business change management plans and activities.
  • Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, and self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Evidence of effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
  • Prosci qualification.
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in Higher Education or similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training solutions.
  • Familiarity with a range of project methodologies, including agile
