A leading children's services charity in Southampton is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee supported living homes. In this role, you will manage day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, ensure the safety and wellbeing of young adults, and handle budget management. The ideal candidate will have experience with 16-25 year olds and be working towards a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
