Regional Manager – Senior Living

Hours: 40 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
Salary: £50,000 plus company car and bonus benefits
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Senior Living portfolio, overseeing multiple sites across the region. You’ll inspire teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional food and service standards while driving commercial success.
What You’ll Do- Lead and develop multiple site teams to deliver operational excellence
- Manage multiple P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your region
- 5+ years of senior management experience within catering or hospitality
- Proven success managing multi‑site operations and complex contracts
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible, self‑motivated, and adaptable to change
- Full UK driving licence
