Salary: £65k + Performance Bonus
Full-Time | Permanent

• Must be RGN / RMN qualified with active NMC registration
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Registered Manager
• Strong history of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings, or demonstrable success turning around underperforming homes
• Inspirational leadership skills and a desire to develop staff
• Excellent knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and clinical governance

• Lead the home with confidence and compassion
• Ensure the service meets and exceeds all CQC expectations
• Manage staffing, budgets, recruitment, and training
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
