As Operations and Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office and central administrative functions. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure that office, IT, and support services operate effectively, creating a positive experience for both employees and clients. You will also monitor costs and support change management initiatives where relevant.

What you’ll be doing day to day

In this role, your mission is to ensure the office environment is safe, welcoming, and efficient while leading a small central admin team to deliver excellent internal service. You will oversee IT systems, supplier contracts, compliance, and operational processes, ensuring that day‑to‑day activities run smoothly. Supporting cost management and continuous improvement initiatives will also be a key focus of your work.
