🚨 We’re recruiting for a Learning Disability Home Manager to lead two small residential services in Southampton
, supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity for a compassionate and motivated manager who is passionate about quality care, staff development, and empowering residents to live fulfilling, independent lives.

• ✅ An experienced Deputy or Home Manager within learning disability or residential care
• ✅ Someone confident in CQC compliance, safeguarding, and team leadership
• ✅ A people-focused leader with a hands‑on approach to quality care
• ✅ A professional who values consistency, stability, and person‑centred support

• 🔹 Oversee two residential services supporting 7 adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
• 🔹 Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care delivery
• 🔹 Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of care staff
• 🔹 Maintain full compliance with CQC and internal governance standards
• 🔹 Support staff with RQF Diploma development and performance management
• 🔹 Manage rotas, budgets, and day-to-day operational performance
• 🔹 Create a warm, respectful culture where residents can thrive and achieve their potential
