We are looking for Supervisors to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers across the Hampshire Region. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient work runs in line with the Waste Contract, tankering non‑hazardous liquids, leading HGV drivers, and maintaining compliance with safety and company policies.

• Ensure all engineers are compliant with PPE & Company policy standards
• Support engineers on the field
• Manage competencies of engineers
• Conduct audits and training of engineers
• Manage sites and keep clients up-to-date
• H&S onsite tasks
• Basic vehicle maintenance & stock
• Issue work instructions to engineers
• Problem‑solving and site set up/stand‑down & housekeeping
• Plan breaks for 12‑hr or 24‑hr drivers
• Take deliveries and off‑hire equipment
• Carry out any reasonable ad hoc request by LMC Managers or Senior Leadership Team
• Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them

• A minimum of a HGV Class 2 licence
• Completed Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Up to date digi tachograph card
• Hardworking and respectful, with ability to work safely and diagnose & deliver solutions promptly
• Experience with High Pressure Jetting equipment is useful but not essential
• Other drainage qualifications (e.g., NRSWA, Confined Spaces) are an advantage

4 days on / 4 days off. Salary based on experience, including overtime and on‑call bonus.
