Role: full-time. Role based on site in Highfield, Southampton.

We have an exciting career‑enhancing opportunity to join CPC’s growing Construction Advisory team, where you will play an integral part of delivering a new multi‑million‑pound auditorium, alongside teaching facilities, on site in Southampton within a live University campus.

• Experience working in a Site Manager/Construction Manager/Package Manager for a Principal Contractor
• Experience working on Property/Construction related projects
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations and managing contractors on site.
• Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card
