FM Building Maintenance Supervisor - Permanent job - Southampton - £60,000 per annum
Base pay range- £60,000 per annum
- Holiday and company pension scheme
- Very good employee benefits scheme including superb high street discount scheme and medical
- Monday to Friday 08.00 - 5pm
- Supervision of a small building maintenance team at a commercial site in Southampton
- Carrying out hands-on maintenance work - specifically electrical maintenance and repair
- Carrying out hands-on general maintenance and repair work - basic plumbing, changing a tap, fixing a lock etc
- Completion of administration tasks such as maintenance reports
- Liaison with on-site client
