This role requires a full security clearance.

As a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will use the Merlin system (via a provided mobile device) to log tasks, complete checks, and record cleaning activities. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.

You will undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role successfully. You will work within a team and can work under your own initiative. You will build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

To be successful, you need the ability to communicate and read basic English, a flexible approach to the role, and previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. You should be open, honest, self‑driven and determined, reliable, hardworking, and have a professional attitude.
