Location - Southampton
Salary - Up to £31,200 per annum
Hours - Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00

We are seeking a reliable Workshop Cleaner to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a similar environment who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Key Responsibilities of the Workshop Cleaner:
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness across workshop, yard, and staff areas
Perform daily yard checks, litter picking, sweeping, and deep cleaning as needed
Empty bins and manage recycling and waste segregation
Operate the floor cleaning machine to maintain a safe and tidy workspace
Support with valeting and steam cleaning of vehicles
Assist with workshop tools and storage organisation
Move and park vehicles securely, ensuring keys are logged correctly
Assist in the stores and parts departments with deliveries and stock management
Support service operations, including vehicle collection and MOT presentation
Requirements for the Workshop Cleaner:
Previous experience required within a similar cleaning or workshop role
Full UK driving licence essential
Forklift licence desirable but not essential
Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive team player
