A leading mapping and data organization in the UK is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a 10-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you will provide first-line IT support, ensuring the resolution of service requests to uphold high customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.

This role is office-based in Southampton with a hybrid working model post-training.
