Business Analyst (customer product journey / Data Reporting / Data modelling )
Location:
Southampton - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office
The role involves mapping customer product journeys, defining reporting metrics and KPIs, and designing both interactive and canned reporting solutions.
- Strong experience in business process mapping and customer/product journey documentation
- Proven ability to gather and articulate reporting requirements, metrics, and KPIs
- Hands‑on experience with self‑service reporting and hub‑and‑spoke reporting models
- Expertise in interactive and canned reporting design, including wire framing, prompts, filters, and layout
- Good understanding of data, reporting, and analytics technologies, with exposure to data modelling concepts.
