Having recently adopted Hub Spot, they’re seeking a motivated Hub Spot Manager to join their Operations team. In this role, you’ll act as the resident Hub Spot expert, handling daily administration and optimisation to enhance customer journeys from sales through to deployment.

• Manage user setup, permissions, and maintain data quality within Hub Spot.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Hub Spot queries and troubleshooting.
• Build and refine workflows to automate and streamline processes from sales to installation and support.
• Create dashboards and reports to track sales activity and operational progress, providing actionable insights.

• Proven experience managing Hub Spot CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues independently.
• Experience creating workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business goals.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, plus your birthday off.
• Early finish Fridays and a modern office with near the beach.
