A trauma-informed charity is seeking an ER Specialist to join their team in Havant. This part-time role (25-30 hours per week) involves providing high-quality HR advice and managing complex employee relations cases. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and possess strong employment law knowledge.
