You’ll receive full training and support, starting in candidate delivery, learning how to build talent pipelines and support live recruitment campaigns. Over time, you’ll grow into a 360 Recruitment Consultant — winning business, managing your own desk, and becoming a go-to expert in your market.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
* Working with experienced recruitment consultants to support live roles in shipping and maritime
 
* Engaging with mid-to-senior level candidates across technical and commercial roles
 
* Building your market knowledge and learning how to qualify, shortlist, and manage candidates
 
* Attending client meetings and learning how to manage recruitment assignments
 
* Progressing towards managing your own 360 desk with new business development and full client ownership

What We’re Looking For
