Location:

Southampton | Hybrid (after probation) | up to £35,000 + Commission, £65k–£70k OTE | Monday–Friday

The Role:
Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll focus purely on candidate engagement. You’ll leverage your recruitment experience and industry knowledge to connect exceptional candidates with leading Real Estate and Property Finance employers, delivering a premium recruitment journey from first contact to placement and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Engagement: Build, nurture, and maintain a network of trusted candidates and referrals.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using recruitment platforms, social media, and your existing networks.
• CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions.
• Interviewing & Profiling:
  Conduct video interviews, create polished candidate profiles, and advise on best-fit opportunities.
• Process Support: Guide candidates and clients seamlessly through the recruitment process.
• Aftercare: Ensure successful onboarding and continued candidate satisfaction.
• Personal Branding & Marketing: Contribute to content creation and boost your professional presence online.

• Experienced Recruiter: Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Real Estate / Property Finance is highly desirable.
• Customer-Focused: You know how to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.
• Proactive & Enthusiastic: Self‑motivated and eager to make a tangible impact.
• Excellent Communicator: Confident and engaging, both written and verbal.
• Curious & Creative: Always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
