A Kitchen Porter will ensure the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations, as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation in the hotel.

You will join the kitchen brigade.

You enjoy maintaining a clean and safe environment for the team and our guests, making sure that all Health & Safety procedures are followed in all areas of the kitchen.

As a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic of a competitive and rewarding environment.

• Previous experience handling and working with chemicals
• A valid and current (proof may be required) qualification in food hygiene or similar
• A passion for providing great service
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform in a team and autonomously
