You will join the Bar team, overseeing bar opening and closing checklists, monitoring and accurately recording wastage, and conducting alcohol‑awareness training for the team.

You enjoy taking the lead behind the Bar, training new team members, designing cocktails and menus, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
