We are looking for a candidate who has an extensive clinical background, with focussed management and leadership experience in operational service delivery and strategic development. The successful candidate must hold the Point of Care accredited qualification as a Schwartz round facilitator and have previous experience working in an education, training background or have experience of previous group facilitation.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to the use of a car. The People Team within which the Schwartz role is within/aligned delivers services covering People Operations, Learning & Development, People Partnering, Continuous Improvement, Occupational Health & Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion to HIOWH NHS Foundation Trust community based healthcare services staff.
Through building professional relationships and getting the basics right, we provide people practices that enable our teams to deliver great service and enable our colleagues to grow. The Schwartz Lead is a pivotal post within this team, to provide overarching leadership for the Schwartz rounds across the organisation as well as contributing towards regional and national projects.

Qualifications- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience e.g. Professional Management Qualification
- Point of Care accredited Schwartz Round Facilitator
- Clinical background eg NMC HCPC GMC
- Post Graduate level training/equivalent experience, professional accreditation, or qualification relevant in the field of healthcare, employee wellbeing, leadership and management

£53,775 to £60,504 a year. Please note for part time hours the salary will be pro rata.
