Clinical Director

Elite Talent Resourcing have been engaged by a leading Veterinary group that are looking to secure a Clinical Director to support their growth in their clinic based in Southampton on a permanent basis.

As a Clinical Director you will be pivotal in engaging with the vets, nurses and receptionists to ensure commitment and understanding of the vision for the brand. You will provide leadership to create a cohesive team to deliver exceptional service. A real family feel is is the general atmosphere across the clinics and this is so important to the Senior Leadership team that this continues.

• Have experience inleading a team
• Be highly-skilled and knowledgeable inall areas of veterinary medicine and procedures
• Be passionate about delivering top quality veterinary care
• Be confident in coaching and guiding colleagues

• 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
• 4 day working week (37 hours average including 1 weekend a month)
• Private medical insurance
• £1,500 CPD allowance per annum / 5 days off
• VDS fees covered
• RCVS membership
• Certificates encouraged
• Well structured rota
• Varied case load (including orthopaedics, medical work-ups & complex soft-tissue cases)
