Personal Support Worker

Join Voyage Care Ltd as a Personal Support Worker to help people in Southamptown, in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Salary: £12.92 per hour (details may vary based on skills and experience).

7:30 am – 3 pm, 2:30 pm – 10 pm, including weekends on a rota and one sleep‑in shift per week.

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living tasks to promote independence.
• Teach new life skills and encourage participation in community activities.
• Support residents with mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and engage in reflective practice.
• Respect privacy and promote dignity and choice for all residents.

• Full UK driving licence (manual) held for at least 1 year and over 21 years old.
• Resilience, flexibility, and composure in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support or similar frameworks (preferred).
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support or trauma‑informed care.
• Good communication skills and a genuine caring attitude.
