The role involves delivering structured, inclusive support to young individuals with complex support needs, including a non‑verbal client who communicates through gestures and expressions. You should be enthusiastic, have excellent people skills, and adopt a positive proactive approach.

• Encourage people to play active roles in their communities and promote independence.
• Support activities of daily living, including social activities, personal care, routines, meal preparation, and budgeting.
• Effectively communicate using the client’s chosen methods.
• Engage and motivate people to enhance quality of life.
• Provide specialisation through positive behavioural support approaches where required.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
• Work as a team player and use initiative independently.

• Minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• Availability for day and night shifts.
• Full‑time, part‑time or flexible contract options.
• Full UK Driver’s licence.

• £12.50 per hour.
