An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) in Southampton. The post involves supporting service users with diverse mental health needs across a range of care settings.
Responsibilities- Carry out risk assessments and care planning.
- Deliver recovery-focused and therapeutic interventions.

- Maintain accurate, compliant records in line with NMC standards.
- NMC registration (RMN).
- Previous experience in acute or community mental health care.
