Position: Consultant General Adult Psychiatry Central CMHT

Join us at Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and receive a 30K Golden Hello as part of your appointment. We are seeking enthusiastic Consultant Psychiatrists to join our Community Mental Health Teams at The College Keep, Southampton, providing expert clinical leadership and high-quality care to patients with complex needs. You will work closely with primary care, acute services, and a skilled multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to shape patient pathways, contribute to service development, and take part in teaching, CPD, and research.

Main duties of the job

Qualifications

Essential

  • Full Registration with the General Medical Council
  • MRCPsych or recognised equivalent
  • Eligible for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 12 months of CCT at time of interview. CCT in general adult psychiatry.
  • Approved under section 12(2) of the Mental Health Act 1983.
