The Head Housekeeper role at Oaklands House Care Centre offers a unique opportunity to lead a housekeeping team in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for residents. This position plays a central role in creating a warm, inviting home for the care centre's residents.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the housekeeping team
• Implement cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with infection prevention control
• Supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and maintain staffing levels
• Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Understanding of infection prevention and control best practices

• Salary: £13.05 per hour

  Permanent full‑time (40 hours per week; alternate weekends required)
