We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing Private Client Tax team with a reputation for advising some of the UK’s most successful families, entrepreneurs, and international clients. Based in Southampton with hybrid working, this is your chance to build deep client relationships and grow within one of the most respected private client teams in the country.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll deliver high-quality advice and compliance support to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You’ll work across key segments — including Entrepreneurs & Private Business, Family Offices, International, and Landed Estates — with early exposure to client meetings and strategic discussions.

You’ll identify tax planning opportunities, help prepare advisory reports, and manage your portfolio with a commercial mindset. Expect direct access to senior leadership, strong technical development, and a clear path to progression.
