Credit Controller

We are working with a locally established SME communications and services business in Southampton in their search for a credit controller to support their finance function. The role holder will work with the billings team to improve credit control and enquiry response times.

Salary: 30k
Permanent
Hybrid: 1 day WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Take control of the day to day credit control process

Manage bank receipt postings, account reconciliations and credit control

Proactive communication with customers to improve response times and resolve debt enquiries

Experience and Qualifications:

Skilled background in Credit Control

Ability to talk to customers

Proficient in Excel with focus on analytical approach

Actively studying AAT or ACCA encouraged
