Group Tax Manager

We are seeking a Group Tax Manager to support the Head of Tax and CFO across all areas of international tax compliance, reporting, and strategic advisory. This role provides critical technical expertise, oversees key processes, and ensures high‑quality tax governance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Reporting: Prepare and review year‑end and quarterly tax disclosures; coordinate with overseas teams and auditors; drive process improvements.
• Compliance: Oversee corporate tax returns globally, manage outsourced providers, and ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Treasury & FX: Advise on intercompany funding, WHT, FX exposures, and tax‑efficient treasury structures.
• Transfer Pricing: Maintain OECD‑aligned policies, manage Master File and local documentation, and support TP audits.
• CIR: Monitor Corporate Interest Restriction rules and advise on financing impacts.
• Regulatory Reporting: Lead CbC and Pillar II reporting; embed governance and track legislative changes.
• HMRC & Governance: Act as primary HMRC contact; manage SAO/CCO obligations and maintain strong controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support tax budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Overseas Audits: Coordinate documentation and responses for international tax audits.
• Strategic Advisory: Support M&A, restructuring, and business model changes; handle ad hoc technical queries.

• 8–10+ years’ corporate tax experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong technical knowledge across international tax, TP, treasury, and FX.
• Experience with CbC, Pillar II, and HMRC compliance.
