This leadership role owns budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, providing forward‑looking financial insight. You'll partner closely with operations to analyse performance, improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and drive profitability across the business.
What You'll Bring
Strong operational finance experience within manufacturing
Senior‑level business partnering, ideally with a Finance Director
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Full P&L ownership and a hands‑on approach
Proven leadership capability
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
