What You'll Bring
Strong operational finance experience within manufacturing
Senior‑level business partnering, ideally with a Finance Director
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Full P&L ownership and a hands‑on approach
Proven leadership capability
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
