We are looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager who will relish technical challenges, build relationships with a wide range of clients, and develop teams to support them. Candidates should have a strong track record of delivering and managing complex international and corporate tax projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Build close relationships with a wide range of clients and work as part of a team to deliver the Firm’s tax services.
- Play a key role in shaping client accounts and participate in project teams on one-off projects.
- Help solve the tax and business issues of household-name companies and act as a leading adviser on the latest tax developments.
- Engage in work including advising on major corporate transactions, providing international and UK advice, and supporting the audit of tax for major companies.
- Apply tax technical skills in a stimulating environment, collaborating with corporate tax specialists and a pool of Managers and staff.
- Develop client relationships and softer skills in addition to technical expertise; deepen knowledge in areas such as international structuring, finance and treasury tax, operating models, or specific industry sectors.
- Work with Partners on client teams and learn from leading practitioners; the role is varied and challenging with significant career development opportunities.
- You must have a UK professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, solicitor) or overseas equivalent.
- Significant international and UK corporate tax advisory experience working on complex transactions; experience in tax reporting or tax accounting is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and a flexible approach; ability to work across multiple client teams simultaneously.
- Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and delegating work within a team context.
