Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Burley, for a Wedding and Events Executive. The primary responsibility involves planning, organizing, and managing weddings and events hosted across New Forest Hotels. Responsibilities include client consultations, coordinating with internal teams, managing event schedules and budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout. The role also involves overseeing event execution to guarantee high levels of satisfaction and maintaining the positive reputation of New Forest Hotels.

Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, including the ability to manage schedules, details, and budgets effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues
  • Event management experience, specifically in weddings and corporate functions
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during events
  • Proficiency in event management tools and software, as well as basic computer skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by event schedules
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or event management sector is preferred
  • A passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients and their guests
