A leading contractor in construction is seeking a qualified individual to join their Southampton team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and monitoring design drawings, conducting site surveys, and liaising with project teams and manufacturers. The role requires an engineering or architect background with essential experience in facades and cladding. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with a basic level CSCS card.

This position involves site visits 3-4 days a week and offers the opportunity to work on significant projects.
