We are seeking a full‑time Refrigeration Engineer to join our team on‑site in Southampton. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refrigeration systems, including CO2 systems, to ensure optimal performance. You will conduct preventive maintenance tasks, respond to breakdowns promptly, and work collaboratively with other team members to maintain operational efficiency. Delivering excellent customer service to clients while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations will be an integral part of your day‑to‑day responsibilities.

• Proven expertise in Maintenance & Repair of refrigeration systems
• Hands‑on experience with CO2 and other refrigeration systems
• Proficiency in implementing Preventive Maintenance processes
• Background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships
• Ability to work on‑site and handle physical tasks
• Relevant certifications in refrigeration or engineering fields
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols
