£26,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)

My client works within engineering and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a Graduate Controls Engineer to develop as part of their team, on a permanent basis, in the Hampshire area.

• Apprenticeship / HNC / HND / BTEC / City & Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Knowledge or experience of working with PLC systems – Siemens, Allen Bradley or similar
• Any CAD skills would be beneficial
• Excellent hands‑on capabilities with panel building and wiring
• Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Working within the existing engineering technical team
• Being involved in automation projects
• Working with other Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
• Working on PLCs, panels, wiring
• Producing the required technical documentation
• Interfacing with customers when required
