Renewables Technical Designer​/Surveyor

We're growing fast - and we're looking for a driven, technically minded Renewables Technical Designer / Surveyor to join our expanding team in Southampton. No design experience? No problem. We provide full training. What we can't teach is enthusiasm, communication skills, and the hunger to build a career in renewable energy.

This is not a desk-only job. This is a dynamic hybrid role where you will:

• Design solar PV and battery storage systems using , Open Solar & Solar Edge Designer
• Visit pre-sold customer sites to carry out detailed technical surveys
• Measure roof areas, assess equipment locations and plan cable routes
• Talk confidently with customers about their system design and benefits
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to deliver a seamless customer journey

There are no cold calling and no hard sales - but you must be confident, warm, and comfortable speaking with customers.
