Our client develops innovative products that shape the future. They manufacture and supply precision-engineered sealing and component solutions across a broad range of industries. They are looking to hire a Product Development Engineer into their business, the role would suit someone that is passionate about engineering, thrives on solving complex challenges, and wants to work directly with customers on cutting-edge projects.

- Drive end-to-end product development from concept to launch
- Design and create tools, drawings, and components using Solid Works
- Program and optimize machining processes with Feature
CAM (or similar) - Conduct tool trials, lifecycle testing, and high-level inspections (CMM / ISIR / FAIRs)
- Develop work instructions and lead customer communications for R&D projects
- Support non-conformance investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Expertise in Solid Works, machining principles, and tool design
- Skilled in Feature
CAM or similar CAM software - A natural leader and mentor with excellent communication skills
- Advanced IT skills – Excel, presentations, data systems
- Engineering qualifications:
Time-served apprenticeship, HNC/HND/BSc - Desirable:
Experience in rubber moulding technology
