• Supervising classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-set lesson plans and keeping students engaged and on task
• Maintaining a positive, structured learning environment
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Providing additional support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), where required

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (SEN experience is advantageous)
• Confidence, resilience, and an adaptable approach to supporting learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive rapport with pupils
